Well this book ended in a good way things went well for Claireece. She finally starting her life the right way like she always wanted. I was very satisfied with the ending.I think the authors purpose was so that other people can see whats happening in the world to people in everyday life. I really don't know who i would recommend this book to because its so sad.I helped my group by doing my part in reading and doing my worksheets

If I was Claireece's Best friend i would let her come stay at my home and make her feel welcomed because where she come's from she's not welcomed and sometimes people need friends that will be there for them.The advice that i would give  her is  never to give up, keep trying no matter what happens and to prey on everything she does. I would try to help her find a job and talk to someone that she could get the right help that she needs and I would also tell my mom cause she know's what to do when things like this happens.

book club 4: Push

Claireece is finally getting help.She's not staying with her mom anymore and she has her new born child with her. Claireece is staying with her teaching who has helped so much. She is very happy the way thing's are going now everything is positive she doesn't have anything to worry about she in a better and in better care with someone that cares a lot about her. Im very happy for her she's finally away from her mom, she's still in school and thing's are going just right.

 Claireece is trying to make things better for herself. Although she just had her second baby.What I want to happen is, i want Claireece to be able to be happy. The way things are going for her isn't right and i don't think anyone should have to go through what she is going through. I predict that Claireece and her two children will be live in peace and that she could be happy,have no worry's and get away from her crazy so called mom.
Why does her mom and dad treat her  the way they do?

when i first started the book all i was thinking is that the things in the story was crazy and terrible.The main characters are, Claireece Precious Jone she is a young lady that is 16 years old, and her mother. Claireece and her mother live on 134th Street between Lexon Avenue and Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd. In the story there is a 16 Year old girl  who have's a baby by her own father at the age of 12. Then she ends up having another baby by her father again. Claireece is trying to get her life to together but she going through so many obstacles with her mother beating on her, falling behind in school to the point that she's not in her right grade and she has two children to take of.

Book club 1: Push

The reason why i chose the book Push,  because from reading the back part of the book it sounded very interesting to read.I predicted that this book will be about a girl and how things in her life isn't  going right.
what caught my eye on the front cover? is the letter's "PUSH" and the color's of the book.The people in my group is, Linda and Robdu. Our expectations is to read  the page's by certain deadlines so we will be able to finish the book by time its due.
